Pay is uncapped commission — you eat what you kill. Our highest-performing solo reps pace toward $250k+ a year, and team leaders managing 5+ reps average around $400k a year. There are also bonuses, contests, and incentives on top.

You'd be an independent 1099 contractor — your own boss. That means you set your hours, you're not on a corporate clock, and you're paid on what you produce.
